Heimann und Schwantes is an editorial and graphic design studio based in Berlin. Founded by Michael Heimann and Hendrik Schwantes in 2007, the firm’s focus is the conception and design of communication media that are unique in terms of their artistry and craftsmanship. The studio maintains collaborative relationships with individuals and institutions in the areas of fine arts, architecture, and design. Their projects have won several awards and appeared in numerous international publications.

Both partners have taught at the Berlin University of the Arts (UdK) and lectured at various universities, including Leipzig Academy of Visual Arts, the Dessau Institute of Architecture, and the Städelschule Frankfurt.

Designers David Nagel and Haig Walta are members of the Heimann und Schwantes team. The studio offers an internship position.
